Dash, air time, dispell, camouflage, self-healing
Incapacitate, stun, blind
Good self healing
Good damage input
Weak at trading melee
No supporting abilities
Requires a good CD management
Good when you have a mate with important high damaging spells that you wanna help with on the accuracy. Great on 2v2 and 3v3.
Good on 2v2 when your objective is to burst an enemy.
Good on 2v2 or 3v3 when you want to be invisible for longer time, for example against Poloma (otherside) or Croak (camouflage).
Try to hit your spaces as much as you can, since it is the best burst croak have in his kit (aside from ult of course). Also, the space healing Battlerite will make you outrading even harder.
Try to bait out counters or escapes from your opponents with your Q (if you get close, the red eye mark will often make your opponent using a defensive cd to avoid getting stunned)
Use your Q to stall time for your other cd's if you get in a bad spot without space/E available.
Your Q is not only meant to stun. You also reset your 4 M1 stacks (which can be useful if you need to punish someone and, so, doing a long trade), and also cleanse some debuffs such as Oldur petrify (if you succeed doing it for example, you can go even harder on him), Varesh debuffs (the silence/bonus damage is really annoying for croak) or even another Croak M2 Toxic (which will deny him the healing he can get from hitting a M2 on you).
2 aggressive trading ways : 1. M2 x2 and jump on target. (mostly works in solo queue, since the punish possibility is small) 2. M2 x2 and stealth and make wasting CDs/try to read player reactions to punish.
Use this to cancel the R animation. Very effective burst, thanks to the reset of attack speed.
Your R can be cast during camouflage.
To setup a combo with your team and burst with your R.
Be as mobile as you can (go in with your first space, do a short trade, then go back to safety and poke with your M2's)
Always be in range to space, in case one of your opponent burns an important spell that allow you to punish him hard.
Take as much orbs as you can. Keep in mind that going in fog briefly isn't dangerous if you still have another space/E/ult to go back in the safe zone and reposition better.
Keep in mind that your M1's are quite fast, so it's hard to avoid hitting well timed counters, so be aware of it when trading (you can try to miss some M1's on purpose while trading to create a sort of mindgame).
Track ennemy iframes as much as possible (since Croak ultimate only gets denied by iFrame spells).
Your ultimate is also really good at making ennemies burning defensive spells (try to hit multiple targets so the whole ennemy team will have to use them), which allow you and your teammate to exploit their vulnerability after.
Try to analyze the patterns of your opponent (especially his counter timings) to adapt and play in a unpredictable way (which is key in Croak gameplay).
Try to switch targets with your space when trading (long M1's trades against other melee is definitely the thing you want to avoid as Croak)
Your space is your best spell to secure it (20 damages). It can also be a good tool to heal yourself (if you pick the space healing Battlerite) or to reset your camo when you use EXQ (giving you a free camo when hitting the orb) Taking the bonus damage on M1 after spacing is also a good way to secure middle orbs more easily.
You can cleanse his R. And his dmg is too low to trade even with you.
If Ashka E’s you away, you can space in a second time to deal 20 extra damages, and even heal. Avoid is Flamestrike (Q) and you will be fine vs him.
He needs to hit you 3 times before he gets double space, so play aggro very early and you will detroy him.
Trades are impossible, even with the boosted 2 attacks after spacing, UNLESS you dodge his Mb2. His immaterial and counter is a complete deny to your Q (he will often he doesn’t even need to pop both) Hope that he won't be reacting fast enough to counter, jump on him a lot and jump away, spit on him, dodge his spears. Your E is also a safe dmg source (doesn't proke counter), with a chance of dodging his Mb2 which is the most devastating thing to get hit from.
her Q totally counters your stealth (Q), and that, in a lot of ways (both when going for her, the teammate or both). Not to mention even if cleanse failed, she can still help a teammate in danger with her Barrier (Space). However she is pretty low dmg which means you can trade on her quiet easily. Be aware she will often wait with her E right when you are popping your last space so try not to reset your attacks with the jump. Just keep the slows attacks going maybe once or twice, then try a fast incap, or swap on her teammate. Bait out her Q then try to incap her and hard engage on her with your teammate, since she is really squishy. Or just focus the other ennemy (who won't get the Barrier since Lucie is incap'd). Also remember incapping her with shield on is nice value, since the shield will go away during the incap duration and she will have no Barrier left after that.
Trades are very hard against her, since if she gets the static on you, you are in a bad position to trade. She got 3 ways to escape your Q, 4 if you count the ult. Luckily, unlike shifu, she doesn’t have 2 spears as gap closers, which means she is easier to ignore/avoid fighting with her, as long as you dodge the hammers. Keep in mind that you can cleanse her static with your Q, which is good to avoid getting incap'd (and so, getting ult'd after it, which is fatal)
